After 30 years of experience offering cider house menu in the center of Ordizia, now in Tximista cider house we produce our own cider. From the fruit of 2 hectares of apple tree and completing with apple from Gipuzkoa, we have produced a cider with different characters that can be tasted directly to txotx in our 14 barrels or any of the 4.000 bottles will be bottled.
The idea is that production will continue growing up in coming seasons, acquiring new apple trees or other quality apples from local producers. You can see in the dining room the machinery for produce the cider.

We have typical cider house menu, infant menu, especial menus and rib menu.
The cider house has heating, wiffi and garden area.
We are 200m from the RENFE railway station and 2 steps from Ordizia market. We have WiFi.

Knows firsthand the process of cider craftsmanship and taste this typical drink with Idiazabal cheese pintxo. If you want you can complete the experience with the typical cider house menu:

  • Euskolabel eggs omelette with cod, fried cod tacos with green peppers and onions, grilled Txuleta, Idiazabal cheese, local nuts, quince and homemade pies. Bread, TXOTX and water.
